We are currently expanding our online homeowner services. Additional resources, Association documents, meeting information, and online features will be added over the coming months.
Annual HOA Dues
Annual dues are $150 per property.
Secure online payments through Stripe will be available soon. The Association will absorb online payment-processing fees, so homeowners will pay exactly $150.
Once online payments are available, homeowners will be asked to provide the Griffin Crossing property address associated with the payment.

Payment and Refund Questions
Once online payments are available, payments will be applied to the property address provided during checkout. Homeowners should contact the Treasurer regarding duplicate payments, payment errors, or refund requests.
