This website serves as the Association's official source for meeting information, HOA assessments, governing documents, community updates, and Board communications. New features and homeowner resources will continue to be added over time.
2026 HOA Assessment
The 2026 annual HOA assessment was $150.00 per property and was due by August 31, 2026. As of September 5, 2026, unpaid assessments are considered past due.
In accordance with the Association’s governing covenants, a $25.00 late payment fee has been assessed on outstanding 2026 Annual Assessment balances, bringing the current amount due to $175.00 per property.
Annual assessments help fund the maintenance, operation, and improvement of the Griffin Crossing community. Payments are applied toward Association expenses as approved by the Board of Directors.
Past-due assessments may be paid securely online through Stripe. Griffin Crossing Homeowners Association absorbs all payment-processing fees, so homeowners with an unpaid 2026 assessment will pay exactly $175.00 per property.

Homeowners who prefer not to pay online may continue to submit payment by check or money order, payable to Griffin Crossing Homeowners Association, and mailed to the address below.

During checkout, please enter the Griffin Crossing property address associated with the payment. Stripe will automatically email a receipt once the payment has been successfully processed.
If you have already submitted your 2026 Annual Assessment and your payment is still processing, no additional payment is necessary.
